This is a run around the perimeter of the island of Oahu, about 140 miles. It began at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10, and ended the following day, for our team, about noon or so.

Most of the race was done at night, and, as luck would have it, there was some bad weather around the North Shore area. Hawaii doesn't have a lot of thunderstorms, but this night it did.
